Mineral and Financial Investments Limited (LSE-AIM: MAFL) announces that,
further to the announcement of 30 December 2022, it has now posted to
shareholders its notice of Annual General Meeting, and confirms copies are
available on the Company's website www.mineralandfinancial.com.

The AGM will be held at 6-9 The Square, Stockley Park, Heathrow, Uxbridge,
London, UB11 1FW, UK - at 15:00 (GMT) on Friday 10 March 2023.
