Investments ("M&FI" or the "Company"), the AIM quoted resources investment
company, is very pleased to announce the results of its Annual General
Meeting for the fiscal period ending June 30, 2022.

Mineral & Financial Investments Ltd.'s, a Cayman Island Corporation, which
invests in and finances natural resource companies and assets, with a
particular emphasis on mineral assets, advises that at the Annual General
Meeting of Shareholders held today, that the resolutions put to the Meeting
were passed following a poll.
