George Town, Cayman Island - 20 January 2026 - Mineral & Financial
Investments ("M&FI" or the "Company")), the AIM quoted resources
investment company, is very pleased to announce the results of its Annual
General Meeting, held on 19 January 2026, for the fiscal period ending June
30, 2025.

Mineral & Financial Investments Ltd.'s, a Cayman Island Corporation, which
invests in and finances natural resource companies and assets, with a
particular emphasis on mineral assets, advises that at the Annual general
Meeting of Shareholders held today, that the resolutions put to the Meeting
were passed following a poll.
