           Notice of Annual General Meeting and posting of accounts            

mirada plc (AIM: MIRA), the audio-visual interaction specialist, announces that
a notice of Annual General Meeting has been sent to shareholders. This meeting
will be held at the offices of HowardKennedyFsi LLP at 180 Great Portland
Street, London W1W 5QZ on 24 September 2014 at 11.00am.

The Company also announces that a copy of mirada's report and accounts are
going to be posted to shareholders today.

A copy of the notice of Annual General Meeting, along with the annual report
and accounts, is available for download from the Company's website at
