    * Says it will acquire trust beneficial rights of real
estate
property for 1.68 billion yen, on Aug. 1 
    * Says it will take out a loan of 1.7 billion yen on Aug. 1,
with
interest rate of 0.62 percent and a term of 10 years, to fund
