Japan's Takara Leben hits near 2-month high on earnings outlook hike

** Shares of Takara Leben Co Ltd  8897.T  rise as much as
8.9 pct to 477 yen, their highest since Feb 28 
    ** The real estate developer upgrades earning outlook,
raises net profit estimate for last financial year that ended on
March 31 to 7.3 bln yen ($67.13 mln) from previous 6.3 bln yen

    ** Co also raised annual dividend to 16 yen per share from

the past one month
    ** Takara Leben had been underperforming on the overall
