Australia's Mirvac Group climbs on upbeat HY results

** Shares of Mirvac Group  MGR.AX  rise 5% to A$2.1, set for
best day since mid-November 2023, if gains hold
    ** The property investment firm reports HY operating profit
after tax of A$236 million ($149.06 million), beating consensus
estimate of A$220.4 million
    ** HY operating EPS 7% ahead of consensus estimates
    ** Swings to statutory profit of A$1 million vs loss of
A$201 million last year
    ** Stock up 12% YTD, including day's moves
