** Stock set for its best day since November 10, 2020, if gains hold

** The property investment co posts first-half profit attributable of A$319 million ($225.98 million), up from A$1 million a year ago

** Revenue stands at A$1.28 billion in the reporting quarter, up from A$1.51 billion

** Stock is down 2.4% YTD, including the session's moves
