** Co reports Q4 consol profit of 562 mln rupees ($6.6 million), up 21%y/y

** Sales rise 3% to 4.06 bln rupees and costs slip 2.3% to 3.41 bln rupees

** Trading vols 3.2 mln shares, over 2x 30-day avg

** Stock set to rise for fourth straight session

** YTD stock has risen ~29%
