year-on-year rise in consolidated Q2 net profit
** Revenue rises about 15% Y/Y, while core profit margin
expands to 18.7% from 15.85% Y/Y
** MISR eyeing biggest single-day gain since June 6
** Stock down 22.3% in 2024 so far
