DIRECTORATE CHANGE

 

On 23 October 2025 Mitchells & Butlers plc ('M&B') announced that Emma
Harris had been selected to succeed Tim Jones as Chief Financial Officer and
an Executive Director of M&B.

 

The effective date of Emma's appointment has now been confirmed as Monday 20
April 2026. A further announcement will be made when Tim's departure date is
confirmed, following a full handover.

 

The Board confirms that no disclosures need to be made under UK Listing Rule
6.4.8R in respect of Emma's appointment.
