Mitie Group plc (the "Company") - Notification of Transactions of
Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Closely
Associated Persons

Further to the maturity of the Mitie Group plc 2020 Save As You Earn ("SAYE")
scheme the Company was notified of the following PDMR transaction. The PDMR
listed below exercised options over the share capital of the Company, and
retained the resulting shares, as follows:
