Mitie Group plc - Extension of Revolving Credit Facility 
 
Mitie Group plc ("Mitie"), the strategic outsourcing company, is pleased to
announce the extension of its multi-currency revolving credit facility.  Mitie
will now benefit from a committed facility of £275m, which will mature in July
2019. 
 
Mitie's previous revolving credit facility of £250m was due to expire in
September 2015 and has been renegotiated as part of the normal course of
business. 
 
In addition to this revolving credit facility, Mitie retains its existing
borrowing facilities of £251.7m of US Private Placement Loan Notes, expiring
in December 2017, December 2019, December 2022 and December 2024, and £40m of
uncommitted overdraft facilities.
