** Stock top gainer across the London bourse 
** Co agrees to rival OCS Group International's buy out proposal for about £3.1 billion ($4.17 billion)
** Co posts first-quarter revenue of £1,406 mln, up 10% from £1,282 mln in the same quarter last year
** Co suspends £100 mln share buyback program
