UK's Mitie rises after higher annual revenue and profit

** Shares of  British outsourcer Mitie MTO.L up 3.4% to 186.1 pence

** Co reports annual revenue of 5.65 billion pounds ($7.67 billion) vs 5.08 billion pounds a year earlier

** Posts FY operating profit of 260 mln pounds vs 234 mln pounds a year ago

** "Our strong order book, recent contract wins and bidding pipeline underpin the growing momentum in the business, and we remain confident of delivering our FY27 targets," says CEO Phil Bentley

** Co acquired two Fire & Security businesses - El Team Vest (Denmark) and ABC Elektro (Norway) for a combined initial cash consideration of 8.1 mln pounds

** MTO up ~8.43 this year, as of last close
