Notice of Full-Year Results and Presentation

Appointment of Corporate Broker

 

MJ Gleeson plc, the leading affordable housebuilder and land promoter, will publish its audited results for the 12 months ended 30 June 2025 ("FY2025") on Tuesday, 16 September 2025.

 

Graham Prothero, Chief Executive Officer, and Stefan Allanson, Chief Financial Officer, will hold an analyst meeting at 09:30 that morning at the Storey Club, 100 Liverpool Street, London EC2M 2AT.

  

The presentation will also be live-streamed via a webcast, the login details of which will be available in the FY2025 announcement. 

 

A recording of the presentation and a copy of the slides will be available shortly following the event on the Company's website at https://www.mjgleesonplc.com/investors/reports-and-results.

 

The Company also announces that it has appointed Peel Hunt as joint corporate broker, to work alongside Singer Capital Markets, with immediate effect.
