Notification of transactions by Directors and Persons Discharging Management
Responsibilities ("PDMRs") 
 
The Company has been advised that, on 7th July 2014, the Directors and Persons
Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary shares
in the Company at a purchase price of £3.95 per Ordinary Share through a
Profit Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme (the "Scheme") which has been
approved by HMRC. 
 
Their current shareholdings, including those held by Related Persons, are as
