Notification of transaction by A Director 
 
Pursuant to DTR 3.1.4, the Company has been advised that, on 8th July 2014,
Carol Harrison, the spouse of Jolyon Harrison (Executive Director), acquired
9,000 Ordinary shares in the Company at a purchase price of £3.99 per Ordinary
Share. Following this acquisition, Jolyon Harrison and his connected persons
hold a balance of 1,311,436 Ordinary shares in M J Gleeson Group plc
representing 2.47% of the Company's issued share capital.
