Appointment of Non-Executive Director

The Board of MJ Gleeson is pleased to announce the appointment of Keith Adey,
FCA, as an Independent Non-Executive Director, with effect from 1 January
2026.  Keith will also assume the role of Chair of the Audit Committee and
join the Remuneration Committee.  Fiona Goldsmith, Chair, will step down from
both committees at the same time.

Until recently, Keith was Chief Financial Officer of Bellway plc, the FTSE-250
housebuilder, a post held for thirteen years having joined the business in
2008 as Group Chief Accountant.  Prior to joining Bellway, he held senior
roles at Grainger plc and began his career with KPMG.

 

Fiona Goldsmith, Chair of MJ Gleeson, commented: "We are delighted that Keith
will be joining the Board.  With his extensive financial and housebuilding
experience, Keith will be a very strong addition to the Board as we focus on
delivering our strategy to significantly grow the Group over the medium term."
