Notification of transactions by Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
The Company has been advised that, on 5th February 2015, the Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary shares in the Company at a purchase price of 3.785 per Ordinary Share through a ProfitSharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme (the "Scheme") which has been approved by HMRC. 
The Company was also advised on 6th February 2015 that, on 17th December 2014, the Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary shares in the Company through the allocation of dividend shares at an allocation price of 3.55 per Ordinary Share through the Scheme. 
Their current shareholdings, including those held by Related Persons, are as follows:
