The Company has been advised that, on 6th July 2015, the Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary shares in the Company in London at a purchase price of 4.65 per Ordinary Share through a ProfitSharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme (the "Scheme") which has been approved by HMRC.
