Notification of transactions by Directors and Persons Discharging Management
Responsibilities ("PDMRs") 
 
The Company has been advised that, on 5th October 2015, the Directors and
Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary
shares in the Company in London at a purchase price of £4.76 per Ordinary
Share through a Profit Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme (the "Scheme")
which has been approved by HMRC. 
 
Their current shareholdings, including those held by Related Persons, are as
