Notification of transactions by Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
The Company has been advised that, on 7th December 2015, the Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary shares in the Company in London at a purchase price of 5.265 per Ordinary Share through a ProfitSharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme (the "Scheme") which has been approved by HMRC. 
Their current shareholdings, including those held by Related Persons, are as follows:

It has come to the Company's attention that J Harrison's holding has been understated by 40 ordinary shares in the Company andwas incorrectly stated as 1,704,672 Ordinary Shares in the announcement released on 10 November 2015 at 17:20 due to administrative error.This was discovered following an internal review of the reportable shareholding.
For clarity it should be noted that on 9th November 2015, following the exercise of 423,015 Ordinary Shares at 0.02 per Ordinary Share and the sale of 190,737 Ordinary Shares at 4.93 per Ordinary Share, J Harrison's interest in the Company was 1,704,712 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.15% of the issued share capital.
