Notification of transactions by Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
The Company has been advised that on 23rd December 2015 Stefan Allanson, a Director of the Company, acquired 133 Ordinary shares in the Company in London at a purchase price of 5.389 per Ordinary Share.
The Company has been further advised that, on 5th January 2016, the Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary shares in the Company in London at a purchase price of 5.41 per Ordinary Share through a ProfitSharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme (the "Scheme") which has been approved by HMRC.
