The Company has been advised that, on 5th April 2016, the Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary shares in the Company in London at a purchase price of 5.855 per Ordinary Share through a Profit Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme (the "Scheme") which has been approved by HMRC.
