Pursuant to DTR3.1.4, the Company announces that it was notified on 17 April 2016 by Stefan Allanson, CFO of the Company, that he purchased 75 Ordinary Shares, at an average price of 596.45 pence per Ordinary Share on 6 April 2016, as dividend reinvestment shares in accordance with the rules of the Company's HMRC approved share incentive plan.
