Notification of transactions by Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
The Company has been advised that, on 5th May 2016, the Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary shares in the Company in London at a purchase price of 5.35 per Ordinary Share through a Profit Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme (the "Scheme") which has been approved by HMRC. 
The Company has also been advised that, on 6th June 2016, the Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary shares in the Company in London at a purchase price of 5.41 per Ordinary Share through the Scheme.
Following the above acquisitions, their current shareholdings, including those held by Related Persons, are as follows:
