In accordance with DTR 3.1 and Article 19 of The Market Abuse Regulation, the Company announces that it was notified on 28 February 2018 that North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC, part of Harwood Capital LLP, to which Christopher Mills, Director of this Company is a beneficiary, sold a total of 740,360 ordinary shares at an average price of 800 pence per Ordinary Share. As a consequence of this transaction Mr. Mills is directly and indirectly interested, including those held by Related Persons, in 6,109,640 shares:
