In accordance with DTR 3.1 and Article 19 of The Market Abuse Regulation, the Company announces that it was notified on 20 September 2019 that North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC, part of Harwood Capital LLP, to which Christopher Mills, Director of this Company is a beneficiary, sold a total of 54,640 ordinary shares at an average price of 793.9254 pence per Ordinary Share. As a consequence of this transaction Mr. Mills is directly and indirectly interested, including those held by Related Persons, in 6,055,000 shares:
