In accordance with DTR 3.1 and Article 19 of The Market Abuse Regulation, the Company announces that it was notified on 18 November 2020 that North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC, part of Harwood Capital LLP, to which Christopher Mills, Director of this Company is a beneficiary, sold a total of 300,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 750 pence per Ordinary Share.
