("the Company")

 

Deferred Bonus Awards award to Directors/PDMRs

 

 

The Company announces that on 23 October 2023, under the Company's Annual and
Deferred Bonus Plan (the "Plan"), Graham Prothero, Chief Executive Officer,
Stefan Allanson, Chief Financial Officer and James Thomson, Chairman and
former Chief Executive Officer, were granted nil-cost share options ("Option")
over a total of 11,070 Ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Shares").

No consideration was paid for the grant of the Option. The number of Shares
subject to the Option was calculated based on a share price of 392p, being the
average market value of the Company's shares measured over the last 30 days of
the financial year ended 30 June 2023.

 

The Options will vest on 30 September 2025.
