Appointment of Senior Independent Director
MJ Gleeson plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Colin Dearlove as Senior Independent Director with effect from 25 September 2015 in place of Ross Ancell who will remain on the board as an independent non-executive director.
Colin Dearlove was appointed to the board of MJ Gleeson plc in December 2007 as a non-executive director and is chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
