Re Directorate External Appointments

 

MJ Gleeson plc, the low-cost housebuilder and land promoter, has been notified
that Stefan Allanson, the Company's Chief Financial Officer has been appointed
to the Board of Norcros plc as a Non-Executive Director. The appointment is
effective from 1 January 2023.

This announcement is made in accordance with Rule 9.6.14 of the UK Listing
Rules.
