GLEESON STRATEGIC LAND - UPDATE
MJ Gleeson plc (GLE.L), the urban regeneration and strategic land specialist, has completed, under a promotional agreement, the sale of 100 acres of land in Wiltshire with planning permission for commercial development. Completion of the transaction follows the conditional sale of the site in the previous financial year, as announced in our pre-close trading update of 3 July 2015. 
The sale is in line with the Board's expectations and will be recognised, as forecast, in the current financial year ending 30 June 2016.
