Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Report and Accounts
The Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") of the Company will be held at The Royal Automobile Club, 89 Pall Mall, London, SW1Y 5HS on Friday 11 December 2015 at 11.30am.
The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2015 and the Notice of AGM has been posted to shareholders.
Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting will be available for viewing and downloading from the Company's website, www.mjgleeson.com, and have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism where they will shortly be available for inspection at:
www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
