place at 11.30 am on Friday 14 November 2025 at Grocers' Hall, Princes Street,
London EC2R 8AD.

 

The Company confirms that the following documents are being made available to

2.   Form of Proxy relating to the 2025 AGM

3.   Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2025
