Notice of Results
MJ Gleeson plc (GLE.L), the urban regeneration and strategic land specialist, will report results for the half-year ended 31 December 2016 ("H1 FY2017") on Monday 27 February 2017. There will be a presentation to analysts at 11:00am at Instinctif Partners, 65 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7NQ.
During H1 FY2017 Gleeson Homes completed the sale of 451 units (H1 FY2016: 400 units) and entered H2 2017 experiencing strong demand across its 50+ active sites. Gleeson Strategic Land sold a site just prior to the period end bringing total sales to three sites in the period (H1 FY2016: four sites) and continues to see strong demand for consented land.
The Board maintains its guidance that the results for the full year to 30 June 2017 will be in line with its expectations.
