Notice of Trading Update & Results

("the Company" or "the Group")

 

MJ Gleeson plc, the UK's leading low-cost, affordable housebuilder and land
promoter, will publish a trading update for the year ended 30 June 2022 on
Monday, 11 July 2022.

The Group will announce its audited FY22 results on Thursday, 15 September
2022. A presentation to analysts will be held at 9.30 that morning at the
London Stock Exchange, and will also be webcast.
