MJ Gleeson plc, the leading low-cost, affordable housebuilder and land
promoter, has been notified that Christopher Mills, a Non-Executive Director
of the Company has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Hipgnosis
Songs Fund Limited, effective from 15 December 2023.

This announcement is made in accordance with Rule 9.6.14 of the UK Listing
