REPLACEMENT: Notification of Transaction by Directors/PDMRs

 

The following amendments have been made to the 'Notification of Transaction by Directors/PDMRs' announcement released on 17 September 2025 at 16:23 under RNS No 7586Z.

 

The total number of shares held by Graham Prothero following the purchase was 83,604 which represents 0.1432% of the issued share capital.

All other details remain unchanged.

In accordance with UK Market Abuse Regulation, the Company was notified on 16 September 2025 that Graham Prothero, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 8,571 Ordinary shares in the Company in London on 16 September 2025 at a purchase price of £3.50 per Ordinary Share.
