Sept 16 (Reuters) - British homebuilder MJ Gleeson GLEG.L said on Tuesday it has entered the new fiscal year with a strong forward order book after reporting a 17.3% drop in annual profit on higher build costs and a slower housing market recovery.
The homebuilder logged 20.5 million pounds ($27.9 million) in pretax profit for the year ended June 2025, compared with 24.8 million pounds the year ago.
