UK homebuilders rise as government unveils first-time buyer incentive Sept 28 (Reuters) - London-listed homebuilders rose between 7% and 23% on Monday after the British government announced an incentive scheme for first-time home buyers, following sustained calls from the sector for measures to revive a struggling housing market.
