of the factors that may move German stocks on Tuesday:

    The sporting goods maker is being sued by basketball coaches 
and sponsoring partners in connection with alleged corruption in 
U.S. college basketball, Handelsblatt reported. A company 
spokeswoman was quoted as saying the lawsuit were without merit.
