Notice of HY23 Results Presentation

Mobico Group PLC ("Mobico" or the "Company"), a leading international shared
mobility provider, announces that it will report its results for the six
months ended 30 June 2023 on Thursday, 27 July 2023. Ignacio Garat, Group
Chief Executive Officer, and James Stamp, Group Chief Financial Officer, will
host a presentation for analysts and institutional investors at 9:00 a.m. GMT.
