THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONTAINS INSIDE INFORMATION PURPOSES OF ARTICLE 7 OF

Change of Name

 

Mobile Streams plc announces that, further to its announcement this morning,
the change of name certificate renaming the Company Gana Media Group plc from
Companies House has now been received and therefore with effect from 8:00 a.m.
tomorrow trading on AIM under the new name of Gana Media Group plc will become
effective.

 

In addition, the TIDM will also change to "GANA" with effect from tomorrow
morning, whilst the Company's ISIN will remain GB00B0WJ3L68. All relevant
details including AIM Rule 26 information can be found at the Company's new
website www.ganamediagroup.com (http://www.ganamediagroup.com) .
