Results of General Meeting

 

Mobile Streams plc, the AIM quoted mobile content and data intelligence
company which aims to create a leading integrated sports, media and
entertainment conglomerate focused within the Latin American region, and
particularly the Mexican market, is pleased to provide the results of the
General Meeting held earlier today in connection with the acquisitions of
Estadio Gana and Capital Media Sports.

 

Results of General Meeting

 

At the General Meeting held today at 11am, all resolutions were passed, with
votes cast as shown below.

As previously announced on 22 December 2025, completion of the Acquisitions
and admission of the Enlarged Share Capital to trading on AIM is expected to
take place on 8 January 2026.

 

Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall, unless otherwise defined,
have the same meanings as set out in the Admission Document relating to the
Company published on 19 December 2025.
