Exercise of Options
The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 99,481 ordinary shares of 2 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Israel Share Option Plan. Admission of the Ordinary Shares is expected to take place on 21 August 2014. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue.
