Grant of options
 
Mobile Tornado (AIM: MBT), the leading provider of instant communication mobile applications to the enterprise market, announces that it has, on 28 February 2019, granted options over 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Abraham ('Avi') Tooba, CEO, pursuant to the Group's Israeli share option plan (the "Options").
 
The Options have been granted at an exercise price of 5 pence per Ordinary Share and may be exercised from three years up until ten years from the date of grant (save as may be provided under the rules of the share option plan).
 
Following this award, Avi Tooba holds 4,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.15% of the issued ordinary share capital, and 8,000,000 options. 
 
In total, following this award, the Company has options in issue over a total of 26,831,866 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.68% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
