Mobile Tornado (AIM: MBT), the leading provider of instant communication mobile applications to the enterprise market, is pleased to announce that its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and associated Form of Proxy, together with its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018, will be posted to shareholders today.
 
The Company's AGM will be held at Cardale House, Cardale Court, Beckwith Head Road, Harrogate, HG3 1RY on 17 June 2019 at 9 a.m.
 
The Notice of AGM and associated Form of Proxy, together with the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 will also be available on the Company's website at www.mobiletornado.com.
