Posting of annual report and accounts and statement re AGM
 
Mobile Tornado (AIM: MBT) the leading provider of instant communication mobile solutions to the enterprise market, announces that the Company is today sending to shareholders copies of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 ("Annual Report").  A copy of the Annual Report is also available on the Company's website, www.mobiletornado.com.
 
In light of the UK Government measures that have been put in place to reduce the transmission of COVID-19, the Company is keeping under review the timings for holding its 2020 annual general meeting ("AGM"). Subject to any changes to relevant legislation, the Company will seek to hold its AGM before the end of September 2020. Further updates will be provided at the appropriate time.
